What EMO Milano is and what it asks of a stand

EMO is the world exhibition of metalworking and machine tools: cutting and forming machines, manufacturing systems, tools, automation, robotics, software and components. It alternates between Hanover and Milan, and in October 2027 it returns to Fiera Milano Rho.

The big European, Japanese, Korean, Taiwanese and Chinese builders exhibit next to thousands of suppliers. Machines weigh tonnes, often run in front of visitors and need serious power and compressed air. An EMO stand is designed like a small production department, with a meeting room where orders are closed.

What a stand for EMO Milano needs

Load-bearing floors and bases. Loads calculated on the machines' weight, platforms and cable channels, coordinated with the hall's capacity.
Power and compressed air. Loads calculated from data sheets and ordered from the organiser before the deadline.
Running machines, safely. Guards, distances and walkways for live demonstrations, as the regulations require.
Meeting rooms and hospitality. Closed offices, bar and lounges for long negotiations.
Two-storey stands. On large spaces an upper floor with meeting rooms frees the ground for machines. We build them, with the structural calculation required.

Exhibiting from China or from abroad

Most of our international clients have never worked with an Italian stand builder before. This is how we make it simple.

One contact person. From the first sketch to dismantling you talk to the same person, by email, phone or WhatsApp: in English, or in Chinese with the help of translation tools.
Coordinated crews, warehouse and production. Partner installation crews, our warehouse and trusted workshops for all wood-based structures and furniture, coordinated by one team: one point of control over quality and deadlines.
Large and two-storey stands. From small shell scheme stands to custom stands of over 300 m², including two-storey stands with meeting rooms upstairs.
We work with your design. If your designer in China has already drawn the stand, we build it, check it against the Italian technical regulations and propose changes only where needed.
Contract with your company. We sign and invoice directly with your company, in China or abroad, with an itemised quote in euro.
Approvals and certificates. We submit drawings to the organiser and provide the electrical declaration of conformity and fire-rating certificates.
Your freight forwarder, our schedule. Your exhibits travel with your forwarder; we coordinate unloading slots and times so goods and stand arrive in the right order.
Storage for the next edition. If you exhibit every year, we keep your stand in our warehouse in Italy and bring it back for the next show.

Every wooden element, made to measure by proven partners.

Walls, counters, desks, platforms, display units, shelves and furniture in wood: we design them around your brand, have them built by selected partner workshops we have worked with for years, and manage transport and installation at the fair ourselves. One contact person runs design, production, transport and installation, so you never have to chase separate suppliers. We use Class 1 fire-rated certified materials and have already built more than 300 stands.

No third-party mark-up

Builders without production buy walls and furniture from others and add their margin. We don't: for the same stand, the price is lower.

As you prefer: shell scheme, modular, fabric or custom-built, rented or bought. If it is yours, we store it for the next edition.
